Some of these homes were being sold and needed to photograph beautifully and feel move-in ready within days. Others belong to people staying put who finally wanted their house to look the way they always pictured it.
What connects them is restraint. We work with the architecture rather than against it, buy well instead of buying a lot, and place every piece for a reason — which is where the name comes from. How long does a project take from first call to reveal?
A vacant staging is usually installed within a week or two of the walkthrough, depending on inventory and access. Full interior design projects run longer because they involve sourcing and lead times on furniture — we map the schedule out for you at the proposal stage.
Are these photos of your actual work?
Yes. Every image on this site is from a real Purposely Placed project on the Florida Suncoast — no stock photography, no catalogue renders.
