The photos, videos, words and designs on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You’re welcome to share a link to any page. Please don’t copy, download for reuse, or republish our photos or writing without our written permission.

Names and logos of communities, review sites and other companies shown here belong to their owners. We show them to say where we work and where reviews were posted, not to suggest they endorse us.

Reviews on this site are our clients’ own words, posted on Google or sent to us, and each one shows where it came from. We don’t change what a reviewer wrote. A long review may be shortened, with a link to read it in full where it was posted.

Staging and design help a home show at its best, but we can’t promise a sale price, a number of offers or how fast a home will sell. The market, the price and the property decide that. Results described on this site, including in reviews, are individual experiences, not a promise of what will happen with your home.

Our blog posts, guides and checklists are general information about preparing and styling a home. They aren’t real estate, legal, financial, tax or construction advice. For those, talk to a licensed real estate agent, attorney or contractor. Check with your HOA, landlord or insurer before you paint, repair or change anything they cover.

Photos show homes as we staged them. Furniture and decor in a staged home are often ours on loan and leave when the home sells. Prices, timelines and trends mentioned in articles were right when written and can change.

Nothing on this site is an offer or a fixed price. We quote after we’ve seen the home, and every project is covered by its own written agreement, which governs that work. Sending a form asks us to get in touch; it doesn’t commit you or us to anything.

Please send accurate details and nothing that belongs to someone else without their permission. Our privacy policy explains how we handle what you send. Don’t use the forms to send spam, sales pitches or anything unlawful.

The site links to and shows content from other services, such as Google, Instagram, Facebook and maps. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it’s provided as it is, and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content.
